This slub textured handloomed cotton is called "shot cotton" because of the weaving process. The warp yarns are one color, and the weft yarns a different color, which are then "shot" through the warp loom. The visual effect is that you will see varying shades of color as the fabric moves. It is lovely and can be used for apparel as well as quilts and blankets
This colorway has a watermelon pink warp and a pale rose weft
It is recommended to wash and dry your fabric before cutting for apparel use, as it could shrink 3-5%
