Shipping

We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are typically shipped within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

At Fiber Snob, we take great care in sourcing and preparing high-quality fabrics and products. Because many items are cut to order, please review our return policy carefully:

• Cut Fabric: All fabric sold by the yard is final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on cut fabric.
• Other Items: We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Returned items must be in new condition. Opened packages, washed, or altered items will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

How to Start a Return

If you need to return an eligible item, please contact us at returns@fibersnob.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank to post the refund.
