Do you ever walk into a fabric store and your eyes happily land on lots of colors and textures and prints? You’re like a kid that has walked into a wonderful candy shop!
• But when you think about what you might want to buy, you find yourself overwhelmed?
• Maybe you remember those fabric purchases that just sit on your shelf?
• Or you think about that blouse you made that doesn’t go with anything else in your closet?

Sarah will talk about all these things – and more:
She’ll show you her process for finding fabrics that work well together – matching in predictable and unexpected ways.
She’ll talk about how she employs “bridge fabrics” – a wonderful technique to combine fabrics so that the eye travels easily between them, rather than bouncing back and forth.

And she’ll talk about why she always asks herself three questions when she assesses a
fabric: (1) Is it a knit or a woven fabric? (2) What is the hand and drape? (3) Is it a color
that works for me?

After Sarah’s presentation, there will be time to shop and ask Sarah questions.
