Class: Knits Sampler

Have you always wanted to try sewing with knits but felt intimidated? Have you sewn with single jersey but are ready to explore rib knits or sweatshirt fleece? Want to test out sewing with different fiber knit fabrics? Then this is the class for you! You will practice seams and finishes on some of the different knit fabrics we have in shop, and take home your own knit sampler. Fabrics will be provided

Skill Level: All Skill Levels

Ages: 16+

Supplies (Not included in the cost of the class)
● Brightly colored thread (red/orange/yellow)
● Stretch type sewing machine needles size 75/11 or 90/14
● Fabric scissors
● Thread snips
● Seam ripper
● Seam gauge
● Wonder clips
● Glass head pins
● Heat or air erasable fabric pens

Equipment: Sewing machine & machine manual (Sewing machines are available to rent while in class for $10)

Be prepared - Class supplies are available for purchase at Fiber Snob in person or online.  Please note that our store hours are Tuesday-Sunday, 11am-5pm
