Do you have jeans with holes, old work pants that have seen better days, or a beloved jacket that is wearing thin in places? In this class you will learn techniques for repairing and embellishing your garments in the Japanese tradition of sashiko (the stitches) and boro (the resulting repaired fabric)

Skill Level: Advanced Beginner, Intermediate

Ages 18+

Supplies (Not included in the cost of the class)
• 2-3 Garments to refashion and experiment with
• Thread to match
• Machine needles, to match fabric needs
• Scissors
• Stabilizer
• Decorative/embroidery/sashiko thread
• Seam Ripper
• Measuring Tape/Ruler
• Pins
• Chalk/Fabric Marker
