Class: Advanced Beginner - Wilde Jacket
In this two session course you will sew an oversized wrap jacket in a woven fabric, featuring large pockets, ¾- length sleeves, and multiple closure options. Choose from three different lengths, a short, mid, or long (mid is pictured). Note: This class will require homework to complete the finished garment within the two class sessions.
The pattern includes sizes XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, 2X (measurements coming soon!). The fit and style are gender neutral. A medium size sample is available at Fiber Snob for referencing fit.
Skill Level: Advanced Beginner
Building on basic skills. Must have taken True Beginner or know how to thread a machine & sew a simple project on your own.
Ages 18+
Supplies (Not included in the cost of the class)
• Wilde Jacket Pattern, by Fennel - available at Fiber Snob
• Medium weight linen, cotton, or suitable woven fabric (Please, NO fabric with nap) - Wash and dry your fabric before class. Yardage requirements coming soon!
• Thread to match
• Machine Needle
• Fabric Scissors
• Paper scissors
• Pinking shears - to neaten seam allowance edge
• Seam Ripper
• Measuring tape
• Pins
• Tailor’s chalk (contrasting to fabric color)
Equipment: Sewing machine & machine manual (Sewing machines are available to rent while in class for $10)

Be prepared - Class supplies are available for purchase at Fiber Snob in person or online. Please note that our store hours are Tuesday-Friday, 11am-5pm and Saturday & Sunday 11am-4pm
This class requires a minimum of 3 participants. The class may be subject to cancellation if the minimum enrollment is not achieved.
